I had the great honour and privelege to parade the standard of 205(3rd Durham Volenteers) at the Normandy Anniversary . 205 Bttery was part of 50 Div. who landed on D-DAY 1944 my wife laid a wreath on behalf of 205 Battery members to show our respects to the sacrfice that took place on D-DAY. The standard was also present at Lebreche in the presence of the Master Gunner, also flown at Bayeaux in the prsence of Her Majesty the Queen
