When renting a home, I would advise you to pay attention to the area you will be living in, as it should be safe and convenient for you. Make sure that public transport and shops are in reasonable proximity to the accommodation.
Also look out for damage, defects or other problems in the flat or house and make sure that they are stipulated in the tenancy agreement. This way you can avoid unpleasant surprises and conflicts with the landlord.
