Glasgow Branch enter the Website Arena

Posted 21/11/14

It was great this week to see the Galsgow Branch of the RAA post on facebook that they have a new webiste -  There is no doubt that the Internet and the Social Media machine is the way forward.  You can contact and advertise for free and hopefully attract new members.  To some of our Branches the internet and webiste area can be a little daunting but there is no doubt that it works and can be easier than we all think.  Well done the Glasgow Branch.  I have taken an excerpt from the page and you can see their very smart photos at our gallery page - very smart and real credit to the Royal Regiment and Veterans everywhere!

"Calling all gunners in Glasgow and the surrounding area. Glasgow Branch of the Royal Artillery Association still exists, and we meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 8pm in the TA drill hall at 369 Crow Road, Glasgow, G11 7DG for a get together and comradeship, in a friendly military environment.

If you want to reflect on the good times you had in the service of the Regiment either Regular or Territorial contact us for more information.

We welcome all gunners of any age or rank, past or present, and invite you to become a member of the Royal Artillery Association."
