Remembrance

Posted 30/10/14

It is that time of year again when we all remember why we have the freedom we do.  We think about the 8000 men and women that bravely gave their lives to ensure our current way of life.  I know that we at the Royal Artillery Association and the Royal Regiment will all remember with pride and that during Remembrance week our soldiers from all the Royal Regiments will be all over the country, from Blackpool to Plymouth remembering and holding ceremonies to commemorate the fallen and to pay their own respects to all that sacrificed so much.

Of course, this year is poignant because of the World War 1 Commemorations.  Please keep us in touch with whatever you do during this time and let us know here at the Association how you are remembering.  We would love to see your phots or read your stories and experiences.
